"Adam Carpenter is an amazing realtor to say the least! It is an absolute Godsend that he was the one to answer my inquiry on Realtor.com. We were simply "exploring" options to find a piece of land to build a smaller home. Adam was and is wonderful to work with. He is open and honest, quick in his communication and extremely responsive. It has kind of spoiled me and I have found myself more impatient with other professionals we have been interacting with in the process. He guided us and supported my husband and I throughout the whole process and never felt like we were pushed or forced to make a decision to sell and build new. His confidence exudes him! From our first contact with Adam until he had our house listed and sold was less than a month! We sold with him in 1 DAY and were able to secure a strong contract! I am very happy that I get to continue to work with him throughout our building process for the next several months. I don't plan to sell or move for a VERY LONG TIME, but Adam will always be my go to real estate professional! I hope he gets to help my children buy their first homes when the time is right! #bestrealtorever"
